ACTS International, Inc. (“ACTS,” “we,” or “us”) operates this app and its web version. This policy explains how we handle information connected with ministry inquiries, participation and donations.
Information you provide
When you complete the Join ACTS form, we collect your name, email address, selected ministry interests and any questions or comments you provide. Your telephone number is optional.
We also receive information you provide when you contact us directly. Please avoid including payment card numbers, passwords, passport details or confidential medical information in the inquiry form.
Technical information
GoodBarber provides the platform used to operate our app. Its systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, operating system details, usage information and diagnostic records. This information supports app operation, security, performance and usage statistics.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to your questions.
- Follow up on your interest in mission trips, volunteering, prayer support and ministry partnerships.
- Coordinate participation in ACTS activities.
- Maintain donation and organizational records.
- Operate and protect the app.

Service providers and sharing
We use GoodBarber for app hosting and form processing. Form responses and correspondence may also be handled through our Gmail email account.
Your Join ACTS submission is not a public post. We limit access to personal information to authorized ACTS personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described here.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or the protection of legal rights.
Donations through Zeffy
The Give link opens an external Zeffy donation page. Zeffy and its payment providers handle information entered during the donation process.
ACTS receives donation records made available through Zeffy, which may include donor contact information, donation amounts, transaction dates and receipt details. We use these records to acknowledge contributions, answer donor questions and maintain organizational records.

Storage, security and retention
Information may be stored in our GoodBarber account, email account and Zeffy account, depending on how you interact with ACTS. Our providers may process information outside your state or country.
We use account access controls and our providers’ security safeguards to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system offers absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, coordinate ongoing participation and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the information, our ongoing relationship with you and any legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it from records under our control, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Cookies and device choices
The web version may use cookies or similar storage for app functionality, preferences and platform usage measurement.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or site storage may affect app functionality.
